My work is a constant exploration of the physical and emotional relationship with space and landscape, in a poetic and introspective search where I experiment with different techniques, materials, and my own body.
Polaroid film holds a central place in my practice, because of its unstable and experimental nature. The working process is a core part of its meaning, one in which error gains importance for its expansive quality, as do the chemical trace, the manipulation, and the materiality. From that fragility, I conceive of each piece as a living organism rather than a finished object.
My photographs do not aim to communicate or describe anything concrete; through visual experimentation, I try to create emotional atmospheres that open up an intimate space of perception for the viewer.
