BETWEEN A AND A

These images arise from a loss and a search, the need to build a tangible and, at the same time, unstable territory in which to house the pain of an absence. They are fragments of an affective drift; records of a landscape that becomes body, memory, and apparition.

This series of Polaroids was made during a trip through the Highlands of Scotland and Ireland. The project was developed in coordination with Rodrigo Rovira, director of the Valparaíso International Photography Festival FIFV, and Anamaría Briede, director of Imagen Salvaje. It was part of a collective publication —print and digital— and of a mural installation at the Museo Parque Cultural de Valparaíso, Chile (Excárcel).
